CPAchem released a new web-page version on the 8 th of May 2026. The main features included in this new version enable our customers to easily track: Active orders details – current status, planned expedition date, payment details, products distribution by different shipments; Executed orders with dates of sending, expedited products documentation (Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, Label), shipment invoices. We hope that these features will quite much simplify the process of documentation exchange and make our business relations with our customers even more transparent. Of course, our team will appreciate any feedback, nevertheless positive or negative, as well as possible improvements proposals. С новите въжможности на сайта и директната мъ връзка с вътрешната ни система за управление всеки клиент ще може лесно да: следи статуса на активните си поръчки, планирани дати на изпращане на продуктите; изтегли всички документи, свързани с вече реализирани негови поръчки - продуктови сертификати, листове за безопасност, етикети, фактури, дати на изпращане на продуктите и т.н. Надяваме се тези нови възможности да опростят процеса на документален обмен на информация и да направят отношенията с клиентите ни още по-прозрачни. Разбира се, ще се радваме да получим вашата оценка, както за тези нововъведения така и за всичко друго, което считате за важно. Les principales fonctionnalités incluses dans cette nouvelle version permettent à nos clients de suivre facilement : les détails des commandes actives – statut actuel, date d’expédition prévue, détails de paiement, répartition des produits dans différents envois ; les commandes exécutées avec les dates d’envoi, la documentation des produits expédiés (Certificat d’Analyse, FDS/MSDS, Étiquette), ainsi que les factures d’expédition. Nous espérons que ces fonctionnalités simplifieront considérablement le processus d’échange de documentation et rendront nos relations commerciales avec nos clients encore plus transparentes. Bien entendu, notre équipe appréciera tout retour d’information, qu’il soit positif ou négatif, ainsi que toute proposition d’amélioration.
